کسایی که مشکل Scanning update دارند این راه و برند مشکل حل میشه

Try to rename the ClientRegistry.blob to ClientRegistry.bak. By default you should find this file under C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam. This will force steam to generate a new .blob file and might fix your problem.

1. Quit Steam
2. Rename the file
3. Restart Steam
